"Great teachers focus not on compliance, but on connections and relationships". It’s been 5 years that I have been working in Ankur and it has proved to be a good experience for me. Ankur is a place for young ones where they get all the comfort, freedom, love and affection. It also provides a free environment where their personality can be developed, which is conducive for their holistic growth. It also caters to the creative minds to apply their skills and knowledge they possess and let their talent prosper in a positive environment. Being a residential teacher, it is completely different and a pleasure to be a part of it by all means. Working with Ankur children has given me a great experience and has helped me grow personally. I thank the Ankur community for giving me an opportunity to explore and be a part of their journey.I look forward to keep contributing with all my potential."

"I have been extremely privileged to have been part of Advaith foundation and witnessed first hand the growth of the organisation by leaps and bounds. Myself and my sons have gained much from being a part of this family for the past 14 years. My sons gained a life lesson in acceptance, inclusion, equity and innumerable other values that the organisation stands for and I gained an extended family of friends and students whose successes I have the pleasure of witnessing every year as each batch graduates from school."

"What I also like about Ankur is that I found children with high potential, which speaks about how they have been brought up here!"

"I had the opportunity to spend 6 amazing weeks at your lovely project and I enjoyed every single second of it. I already have experience in working with children but I never had the chance to work with them so close. I noticed quickly that every single one of them is very special in his own way. They are all so smart, kind and curious that it was always a pleasure to talk and play with them. Teaching the children, playing with them and taking care of them gave me a really good feeling. When I went to bed in the evening, I felt so satisfied and happy because of the work I have done. The children in Akkur have a special sort of happiness which we are incapable of having, and being around them allows one to be exposed to this unadulterated, pure joy and love for life."
